Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Windows

• 7+ days before trip: Full refund of rental + service fee. Insurance premium is non-refundable.
• 3–7 days before trip: 50% refund of rental. Service fee and insurance non-refundable.
• Less than 3 days before: No refund.

Owner Cancellation

If the owner cancels for any reason, the renter receives a 100% refund (rental + fee + insurance).

Weather

If the U.S. Coast Guard or local authorities issue a small craft advisory or close the lake, renters receive a full refund or may reschedule.

Security Deposit

The $500 security hold is released, partially captured, or fully captured based on post-trip inspection. See our Terms.
